I’m excited to share that I was invited to speak at the OWASP Lisboa Chapter on 12 November 2025, together with my colleague José Gonçalves. It was a great opportunity to connect with the local application-security community and dive deep into the real challenges we’re all facing today.
What I enjoyed the most was the vibe in the room. Everyone was bringing their own perspectives and questions. Moments like these remind me that security works best when everyone is part of the conversation.
A big thank-you to the OWASP Lisboa organisers and to everyone who joined us, asked questions and stayed around to chat afterward. I left feeling inspired and energised, with even more ideas on how to keep pushing secure-by-design practices forward.
